The island team
Playing together
Some names on the island have a colour and a small badge before them. They belong to the Muniz team: the people who run, build and look after the island.
The ranks
| Rank | Name colour | What they do |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | Dark red | Runs Muniz Online. |
| Moderator | Dark red | Keeps the island safe: reads reports, and can mute and ban players who break the rules. |
| Helper | Blue | Helps players with their questions. |
| Game host | Orange | Runs games and events on the island. |
| Developer | Grey | Builds the game. |
| Animator | Red-orange | Draws and animates the island. |
How to tell who is on the team
- Their name has the rank’s colour and its badge just before it, over their head and in the chat.
- In the chat, the rank is written before their name too, in a small pill: Admin, Moderator...
- On a computer, put your mouse on them in a room: their rank and what it does show over their head.
- Open their menu (right-click them, or tap on a phone): their rank is at the top of it. Press it to come back to this page.
- Their profile card has their rank too, beside their name.
Coloured names that are not the team
- A name in a gradient (two or more colours) or in a special font is a Premium perk: anyone with Premium can pick one.
- Premium names never have a team badge, and their profile card says Premium.
- Only the badge, and the rank in the chat and on the menu, mean someone is on the team.
Good to know
- The team will never ask for your password, or for credits or items.
- Someone who says they are on the team but has no badge is not. Report them: open their menu and press Report.
- The team can message you even if you are not friends, and can’t be ignored.
