The island map

Getting started

The map shows the whole island and how many players are in each area. It is the quick way to travel.

  1. Press the Map button (the sixth of the seven).
  2. Press the name of a place. A card opens with what the place is and who is there.
  3. Press Go there.

Not every room is on the map. Many are found by walking: look for the paths.

  • Lobby: where everyone meets.
  • Bacteria Arena: the arena of Bacteria, up on the mountain. New players are welcomed there by Coach Chimbo.
  • Blue Forest, Kopakabana, Hallowed Hill, Towards Swamps and Wild Wade.
  • Forest Exile: a long, quiet path past the far end of the Blue Forest.
  • Castaway: a camp in the jungle, down by the sea.
  • Taj’turtle: the ice palace at the top of the mountain.
  • The Market: the players’ shops.
  • Muni’Idol: the show stage, up the mountain.
  • The round picture of a house, Player Homes: your own home and everyone else’s.

Between the Blue Forest and Forest Exile lies a walk of three rooms, each its own part of the forest. They are not on the map: walk out of the Blue Forest by its path to Forest Exile.

The Moonpool Glade: sandy paths through blue grass, lollipop trees and a stone slab.
  • Elder Grove: giant trunks close together, the path splitting round the Elder, the greatest tree of the forest - and a hollow of fallen trees.
  • Moonpool Glade: an open meadow round a still pond, with groves of lollipop trees and stone slabs to sit on by the water.
  • Rabbit Stone Hollow: a ring of rabbit stones, a stream crossed where a fallen log lies, and a narrow pass between two rock spires.
  • Going the other way? Forest Exile on the map takes you to the far end: walk back through the three to the Blue Forest.

  • Turn the phone on its side to see the whole island at once.
  • The three counters show how many players are in the Blue Forest, the Swamps and the Mountain areas.
  • Carrying the royal parcel for a quest? Opening the map sends it back to the Palace. The game asks you first.
