Who is it for?
Before you buy a gift
- You are responsible for this payment. You (or your parent or guardian) pay for it, and any problem with it - a payment that fails, is reversed, charged back or disputed - is yours, not your friend's and not Muniz Online's.
- Once paid, it is theirs. The credits go straight to your friend's account - even if you stop being friends before they arrive. They can't be moved back to you, given to someone else, swapped or turned into money.
- No cancelling or refunds once the credits are on their account, except where the law says otherwise (see the Terms).
- A chargeback or dispute bans both accounts - yours and your friend's - and the credits are taken back off your friend's account.
- Your name goes with it. Your friend is told the gift is from you, and our staff keep a record of who bought for whom.
- Never buy a gift in exchange for anything - money, items, account details or a favour - and never because someone is pushing you to. Muniz Online is not responsible for any deal or promise between players. If someone asks you to, tell a parent or tell us.

Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe: Muniz Online never sees them.

How buying works
- What you get: credits, the coins of Muniz Online. They buy clothes and collections in the game's Store. They are digital: nothing is posted to you.
- A gift with your first pack: the Golden Hamster avatar, whichever pack it is. Once per account. Bought credits before? Your next pack comes with it. It is a game item, in your items as soon as the payment goes through.
- As a gift: from level 12 you can buy a pack for a friend - press Gift beside a pack. They must be level 12 or over, and your friend for at least 3 days. The credits go straight to their account, and they are told who they are from.
- Gifts - who is responsible: the person who pays is responsible for the payment and for any problem with it. Once paid, a gift is your friend's: it can't be moved back, cancelled or refunded (except where the law says so), even if you stop being friends. A chargeback or dispute of a gift's payment takes the credits back and bans both accounts. Never buy a gift in exchange for money, items or anything else - Muniz Online is not responsible for deals between players. The full rules: Buying credits in the Terms.
- The price: the price shown, in pounds (GBP). Nothing is added to it. You pay once: there is no subscription.
- Delivery: the credits are on your account as soon as the payment goes through, usually within seconds.
- Who can buy: a signed-in player aged 18 or over, or a parent or guardian paying for them.
- Refunds and cancelling: see Buying credits in the Terms.
- A question or a problem: Help & support.
